Meal Prep Menu – Down Set Eat

Choose from the meal prep options that are available. A minimum of 5 meals is needed for delivery.

Delivery is available along the I-95 corridor, from Stafford to Alexandria, and also Manassas. If you live in Alexandria, the meet up location is at West Potomac High School.

Delivery fee is $15–$35 depending on where you live.

The menu will be posted on Thursdays, and all orders must be in by Friday afternoon. Delivery takes place on Sundays from 11am-1pm. You will receive a text notification when your delivery is 30 minutes away from your destination.

Please be advised that menu prices are subject to change due to the impacts of inflation.
