Choose from the meal prep options that are available. A minimum of 5 meals is needed for delivery.

Delivery is available in the I-95 corridor from Stafford to Lorton. If you live beyond or outside of the delivery perimeters, the meet up location is in the Loisdale/ Springfield area.

The delivery fee is $10-$20.

The menu will post on Thursdays, and all orders must be in by Friday afternoon. Delivery takes place on Sundays from 11am- 1pm. You will receive a text message to coordinate your delivery or pickup.

Please be advised that menu prices are subject to change due to the impacts of inflation.
